The impact of the Leveson report into media standards will be felt for many years to come. To some, it offers much needed correction to an all powerful and sometimes corrupt media; to others it is an attack on freedom of speech and expression; still others argue that it misses the key issue of the internet and the way that many people write, distribute and read news now.
Dr Douglas Chalmers (Caledonian University) will chair a panel made up of
